JARED JACKSON DEAN – OWNER | MASTERSTYLIST
Jared Jackson Dean, the visionary, ambitious stylist, brings 10+ years to open the doors of Salon || Eleven. Working behind the scenes to create an amazing experience for the guests of Salon || Eleven, Jared has quickly become the source of ground breaking results. Jared maintains a creative and business approach in everything he touches. This creative and business approach comes from his foundation of training from Vidal Sassoon, Toni & Guy, Wella Professionals, and many mentors in the beauty industry. Inspired by the love of hair, Jared’s approach to client detail, lifestyle, and personality has helped to establish a clientele base of all ethnicities and backgrounds. His major accomplishments include opening his first salon at the age of 22, working alongside celebrity hairstylist Neeko Abriol, becoming an educator for Toni & Guy, and opening Salon || Eleven. Most recently, Jared’s latest success has been the opening of the Jared Jackson Dean Salon in the Ritz Carlton in Downtown, Los Angeles. Jared has an extensive resume that continues to display his relentless dedication to his vision, structure and growth. SILVIA MEZA – SALON MANAGER
Silva Meza has been with Salon || Eleven for over 3 years. Her true passion of working with clients has lead her to her position as Salon Manager. Utilizing the skills she has developed through Toni & Guy, Wella Professionals, and the Salon || Eleven team, Silvia has become a professional to date. Talented with a highly energetic spirit, she continues to make waves in the beauty industry. Working as the backbone of Salon Eleven and the Jared Jackson Dean Salon, Silvia implements her managerial skills with detail and efficiency. When working with the owner, stylists, and clients alike, her goal is to ensure a seamless salon environment with clear precise excellence. These essential business tools are the pride of Silvia’s success. Growth is inevitable in this walking talent and ambitious Salon Manager.
MAEVEN MARIE RAMIREZ - STYLIST
Maeven is a Los Angeles native who has continued to perfect her talent as a stylist throughout her 12 years of experience. Prior to joining the Salon || Eleven team, Maeven has studied her craft through advanced education from the Vidal Sassoon Academy and the Redken Exchange. Known for giving amazing haircuts and customized color, Maeven possesses the artistic eye needed to meet each client’s personal wishes. Whether you are a sun kissed blonde, a fiery red head, or a brunette bombshell, she will tailor your color to fit your cut, skin tone, as well as your lifestyle. Maeven is highly experienced with the ability to produce any desired color, cut, or style.
VERONICA MATTAR – STYLIST | MAKE-UP ARTIST
Veronica Mattar began to develop her talent and passion for hair design at the age of 17. She was trained at Toni and Guy before launching her career at their Phoenix, Arizona location. She quickly became one of the top colorists there and worked at the salon for over 5 years. To broaden her experience and knowledge of the hair industry, Veronica spent a period of time working in Tel Aviv, Israel. Throughout this time, she gained understanding of unique, European techniques. Veronica is inspired and motivated by her recent relation to Los Angeles due to the apparent existence of art and fashion in the city. Salon || Eleven is thankful to have this internationally trained stylist. She is an extremely hard, enthusiastic worker dedicated to making clients look and feel beautiful.
