JARED JACKSON DEAN – OWNER | MASTERSTYLIST
Jared Jackson Dean, the visionary, ambitious stylist brings 10+ years to Salon || Eleven . Working behind the scenes to create an amazing experience for the guest of Salon || Eleven, Jared has quickly became the source for ground breaking results with a creative and business approach in everything he touches. The creative and business approach comes from the foundation of being trained from Vidal Sassoon, Toni &Guy, Wella Professionals and mentors in the beauty industry. Inspired by the love of hair, Jared’s approach to client detail, lifestyle and personality has helped to establish a clientele base from all ethnicity and backgrounds. His key highlights have been opening his first salon at 22 years of age, working alongside celebrity hairstylist Neeko Abriol, becoming an educator for Toni & Guy, and opening Salon || Eleven. In addition, Jared’s new recent success has been the opening of the Jared Jackson Dean Salon in the Ritz Carlton Downtown, Los Angeles. Jared has an extensive resume that continues to display his relentless dedication to Vision, Structure and Growth. STEPHANIE SANCHEZ – SENIOR STYLIST
Stephanie attended elite academy in northern California for her foundational training. Starting with her feet running at a salon in Stockton ca. where she learned quickly how fast paced a salon should be. Excited about learning more about make-up, Stephanie moved to Los Angeles where she attended cinema makeup school for extensive training in character & prosthetics makeup. Not knowing where to start her career in a new city after 3 months of makeup school Stephanie worked at a prestigious salon in Santa Monica, Ca. The Salon played a very important part in Stephanie’s career where she learned the business side to growing a clientele. Looking for a new trendy Salon to exercise her skills, Stephanie found a place she can call home. Salon Eleven was the major key component where she was fortunate to work as Jared Jackson Dean’s assistant. Stephanie went through the assistant program at Salon Eleven until becoming a Stylist. Training has been the solid foundation for Stephanie to continue her passion in the Beauty industry. Joining the team of Salon II Eleven, Stephanie brings a positive reinforcement to help establish the vision excellence.
JESSICA EATON – STYLIST
Fabulous, innovative, creative and classy are just a few words to describe Jessica Eaton. Joining the Salon Eleven Team, directly from the New York scene, she brings many years of experience beauty with a passion for style. Jessica has mastered the true art of hair through her meticulous perfection, specializing in all ethnic hair types, precision cutting, detail coloring, hair extension and much more. Jessica’s strong artistic vision and impeccable attention to detail helps her to create individualized styles for each of her clients needs. Education is no mystery to Jessica as she likes to stay informed on fashion and new styles that anchor the trends to her clients. Jessica’s Education extends from Bumble and Bumble, Toni & Guy, Geno Stampora’s salon and team building seminars. Being in New York, Jessica has been linked to many fashion shows, photo shoots, tv and film alike. Her current has celebrity clients include Vanessa and Angela Simmons. Jessica is a great listener with a positive attitude, and contagious to detail when listening to her clients needs.
Silva Meza has been with Salon Eleven for 3+ years. Her true passion of working with clients has lead her to Salon Eleven. Utilizing the skills developed thru Toni & Guy, Wella Professional and the Salon Eleven team has made her a professional to date. Talented with a highly energetic spirit, Silvia continues to make waves in the beauty industry through education and business techniques. Working as the backbone of Salon Eleven and the Jared Jackson Dean Salon, Silvia implements her managing skills with detail and efficiency. Working closely with the Owner, Stylist and Clients alike, her goal is to ensure a seamless environment with clear precise excellence. These essential tools are the pride of Silvia’s success that stems from the passion of being artistic. Growth is inevitable in this walking talent and ambitious Salon Manager.
MORGAN USARZEWICZ – SALON COORDINATOR
Morgan attended Mercer County Vocational Technical School in West Windsor, NJ, for 2 years for her foundational training. Morgan received her license for cosmetology in May 2009 for the State of New Jersey. During her years at MCVTS, she worked in a local salon as a receptionist and assistant. Morgan also worked in the fashion field for Express. In 2009, Morgan took 1st place in the Skills USA statewide competition for New Jersey. She placed in the top 10 nationally for Skills USA. After graduating MCVTS and Mercer County Community College, Morgan decided to move to Los Angeles to attend the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising as a Beauty Merchandising/Marketing student. She will be graduating in March 2012. Morgan has been employed by Salon Eleven since October 2010 as a Salon Coordinator. Morgan very much enjoys her new “family” at Salon Eleven. She has learned so much and has grown as a “real player” in the industry. It is Morgan’s plan to attend Vidal Sassoon after graduating from FIDM to get her license in California.
