Totally chic and amazing salon. People are incredibly nice!
I called and was able to make an appointment for the same day. Parking is SUPER easy, which is saying something especially in downtown LA.
I got set up with Jai, a really wonderful (and brand new!) stylist. Gave me a sweet cut and and awesome blow out. She said that since she was new, not very many people know about her at the salon. I definitely recommend her!
As for the price, ladies lets be real. Good haircuts cost good money. I’m completely wiling to throw down $70 or $80 bucks for a haircut if it means that I’m not walking out of the salon thinking “aw man… they cut it too short..”, etc. Bottom line, I was actually surprised that my cut only came out to $60 (there’s a 15% off for new customers).
DEFINITELY going again. No complaints!

This place is pretty awesome. I had been looking all over the place for a stylist that can do ombre hair correctly. Before coming here, I had gone to two different places. However, the ombre I had asked for ended up looking like faded highlights. I went to Jared, and he gave me the prettiest ombre ever! The color is nicely blended, and transitions perfectly to a lighter shade. They also have really good service, and provide you with complimentary drinks. I think the prices at this salon are comparable to the others I have been to. It is a bit pricey, but it’s totally worth it if you really like the results. Go to Jared!!!

Jared is a true designer. After years of looking for a hair designer who would make the creative decisions, I have found one. He listened to my vague notions about what I was looking for (modern, sexy, easy). Then he took a serious look at my skin, eyes, hair, and face and created a look for me that pops. His cut and color job was flawless and he taught me quick techniques for styling that helped me achieve the perfect look at home in minutes.
The salon has an upbeat and sophisticated atmosphere with friendly, on trend staff members.

Pretty much just what everyone has said. Been to the same place for years and I was terrified to go somewhere new. Salon Eleven far passed my expectations albeit being expensive for a men’s cut. The head massage almost put me to sleep!

Yes yelpers it might be a bit expensive but it’s totally worth it. They have free parking across the street I believe (all though I just pay by meter because then I know for sure ;D). The people there are so nice and as soon as you walk in they are all smiles. They offer you complimentary drinks and honestly their service can’t be beat. I’m one of those people who can never fully decide on a haircut but I leave it to the capable hands of Jared and he always knows how to make me look excellent. I’ve never had a bad experience from Salon Eleven and will continue to go back for years to come.

The master stylist, Jared, is a true artist. I’m always changing my hairstyle and when I wanted to go from natural blonde to red, Jared made me look like I had been born as a redhead! When I decided to go back to blonde, he gently cared for my hair to maintain its integrity.
He’s honest about the process and what to expect when I’m interested in trying out a new hair color. He’s never in a rush and always takes the time to consult with me about what color or cut I’m imagining.
Every time I come in, the staff is friendly and professional. Jared’s assistant, Silvia, is a sweetheart and an excellent stylist too.
I’ve gotten many compliments about my hair and feel confident referring everyone to Salon Eleven. Many thanks!
